Auction Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions: *Payment must be made before any items are removed. * If item(s) are not paid for or picked up by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, said item(s) will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with Gathman Auction Company. If the buyer fails to pick up the item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer is responsible for a storage fee of $5 per item, per day. If buyer fails to pay by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, refuses to pay storage fee, and/or does not pickup item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer (or also further referred to as “bidder”) will be banned from future Gathman Auction Company HiBid auctions and a notification warning other Auctioneers will be viewable to all other Auctioneers using the HiBid program. A “bidder” denial negatively effects the bidder’s score. We accept USD, personal checks with proper identification, and credit cards with a 4% convenience fee. WE DO NOT CHARGE CARDS ON FILE WITH HIBID. If you would like shipping and have not yet notified us, please email info@gathmanauction.com. Please include your name (the name on the HiBid account, if different than your name), phone number, and shipping address. We will then send you an email with the Square invoice or we will call you on Checkout day. Thank you!
SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN YOU REGISTER IF YOU WOULD LIKE SHIPPING. That option is easy to miss, so no worries if you didn't notify us at that time. Please just email our Shipping Department at gathmanauctionco@gmail.com as soon as you can. We will then send you an email with the Square invoice or we will call you on Checkout day. SHIPMENTS: Shipments will go out Monday after the auction closes for any Square invoices paid by 3:30pm. We are a small family-owned business, so there are times that more shipping is requested than what is usually anticipated; therefore, shipments may be delayed. Please know we always try (and typicllay succeed) to ship your packages the same day as payment. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday for any invoices paid by noon on those days.We do not charge credit cards on file with HiBid. An email will be sent out with a Square invoice once your item(s) have been packaged. This invoice includes your auction total plus shipping and handling. This email is usually sent between 8:00am CDT and 2:00pm CDT on Monday (day after the auction closes) depending on number of items requiring shipping for that auction. Please use the link provided in the email to pay your invoice. All items must be paid for by 5:00 pm on the Checkout date for this auction. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Shipping arrangements also need to be made by 5:00 pm on the Checkout date for this auction. Pickup is one day only and we cannot make exceptions due to limited space.
